Yingyi Li
Artist Bio:
Born in China, Yingyi grew up in a picturesque countryside, and her love for outdoor sports has grown tremendously. Since the first art class in elementary school, she has been fascinated by images and colors. Naturally, she was attracted to painting. When she was a teenager, this interest was cultivated, and when she chose to study art in the United States, this interest was further developed.
Artist Statement:
My love for art originated from my childhood. In the depths of my memory, there have always been situations where the teacher used a simple chalk to draw on the blackboard, and the landscape or the house was magically outlined in this way.
I also like traveling. In nearly 30 countries. I visited many famous museums such as the Louvre, the British Museum, the Colosseum in Turkey, and etc. Therefore, the huge and colorful fascinated left a deep impression on me. Also, I was captivated by the famous artists which stimulated my interest of art rather than just appreciation. Since then, I even feel that art can communicate across language, time, and space.
